********** your spin instructor David working out of the west Los Angeles gym abruptly walks into the spin room while I’m in the middle of my workout flips, the light and approaches me interrupting my workout to confirm if I’ll be joining his spin class. He then decides to start posturing by moving the bike right next to the one I’m using very close to my workout area and not the typical spacing between bikes. *He then walks to the music Kiosk and starts blasting music, not as a sound check I’ve seen other instructors do several times and literally blasting music above any volume range I’ve ever heard and for several minutes. *He then walks back to me interrupting my workout again to reconfirm if I’ll be joining his class, and if not that I would need to wrap it up and leave. *This is not typical normal behavior I’ve experienced from any spin instructors, and not ok. *Lack of customer service and communication skills are evedent in his approach and communication. *The posturing of the bike is also not ok, I’ve whitnessed ganitor staff provider better customer service while cleaning bikes in the room during my workouts. *There was no sign in or sign up list at the front desk and the class was not full. My originally thought was that he wanted me to check in at the front desk for this reason and maybe failed to communicate that fact which wasn’t the case. *I’ve whitnessed people show up to class late, leave class early, step out for water so I’m sure he wasn’t concerned about me being disruptive considering I was there to work out and I’m an avid cyclist? *I’m not ok with coming to one of your gyms and being bullied by one of your employees. This type of behavior is reprehensible. I was there to work out and your employee managed to ruin and interrupt my work out and his attitude and approach toward me ruined my day.
