I had originally cancelled my la fitness membership on February , * **** and put december **** on hold, I was told that December wasn’t going to be charged but it was. and I was still getting charged monthly even after February cancellation! I had called the local gym club right now and spoke to someone about the issue and she told me she can only go * months back???? when I’m suppose to get a refund for December And February payment as well. **December *, **** $**.** *February *, **** $**.***May *, **** $**.***April * , **** $**.***March *, **** $**.****A total of $ ***.** is suppose to go back to my card. **I started the membership in November, I put my account on hold for December and originally first cancelled on February *, ****. I didn’t get any notifications or emails, and when I spoke to someone right now I see that she ONLY cancelled my membership right now again with NO EMAIL!
