My cell * is *** ****, My phone broke * weeks past, I was told to pay $***.** to get new phone, *past due amount*. I was unable to do so. Today I went to Koodo Kiosk at Regent Mall in Fredericton, They refused to accept cash payment, and supply new phone,said only accept visa or mastercard. now Balance was $***.** and change. Plus My service suspended. This is very poor service. I deposited money at Bank. Paid $*** online to account. When can I get phone ? I also want $** fee waived, or I will go with Virgin Mobile.
