Regarding Booking [redacted]16, 1. On December 15, I requested luggage for my return flights and inquired about payment via PayPal. 2. I received the wrong booking link from "Veronika C.," which included luggage for all flights. 3. Despite requesting a correction the same day, it was not addressed. 4. "Benmakhroub K." confirmed PayPal as a payment option and I sought guidance on the process. 5. Following contact with "Maansi M.," I was informed that IT was handling the issue and to await resolution. 6. On December 20, I inquired about the progress and was informed by "Ernest L." that PayPal was not accepted. I reiterated my request for the correct December 15 link. 7. A new link was provided, containing only the return flights as per my initial request, but with double the prices. 8. Noting the error, I raised a complaint and "Emelda A." acknowledged the miscommunication and requested an apology.

Hello, I made a flight booking with "kiwi.com" from Dublin to Buenos Aires. Recently, I received communication from kiwi.com stating that the carrier has altered my trip. They informed me that there are no more direct flights from Dublin to Barcelona on the 10th of February [redacted]. They gave me two options: changing my trip with an additional fee or canceling for a refund. As someone well-versed in civil law and airline policies, I find these requests unjust. It is unfair to ask for an extra fee when the airline cancels or changes a flight. I am prepared to take legal action if I do not receive a refund of €76.79 from "kiwi.com" for the unwarranted fee I paid. Best regards, E.T.

I am still facing an unresolved issue with Kiwi.com. I need to cancel or reschedule flights from Germany to Norway due to the high-risk status of Norway. The outbound flight is scheduled for December 27th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact Kiwi.com through any means. The phone number provided does not recognize my booking number, and there is no response via email or chat. Despite being willing to rebook my flights for free, Ryanair and Eurowings require Kiwi.com's approval for any changes. I bought a plane ticket for a trip to China on 08/17/[redacted] which I couldn't take due to new regulations in Hong Kong. I managed to get refunds for parts of the trip in China but not for the SFO-HKG leg (CX873) as I was marked as a "no show." After discussions with Cathay Pacific and the DOT, Cathay agreed to refund the flight. The refund was processed through Kiwi, the original booking platform, who confirmed receiving the refund from Cathay but due to cash flow issues could not reimburse me immediately as agreed in April [redacted]. Despite multiple requests, Kiwi has now stopped responding to my messages. I have raised the issue again with the DOT. Not sure what more I can do as I can't find a mailing address for Kiwi.com. I arrived at the airport on the same day, but was unable to receive my ticket at Bahrain airport since they do not cater to Filipino nationals like myself. Hi, I recently made a booking with the following booking number: [redacted]. Shortly after booking, I realized that the transit involved traveling between two different airports. I quickly contacted the UK customer service team to request a cancellation, but unfortunately, I did not receive helpful assistance. Due to the current Covid-19 regulations, I am unable to transit between two airports in Paris. When I made the booking, it was not explicitly mentioned that the transit involved two airports, and there should have been clear information provided to customers regarding the flight details. Hello, I need urgent assistance. My son, J.F. Marinoni, booked a flight from New York (EWR) to Zurich departing on the 27th of December, [redacted]. However, we have not received a confirmation or e-ticket yet. The airline, Swiss, seems to have confirmed the flight. Hello, I wanted to share that my partner and I had booked flights from Germany to Italy with Eurowings and Ryanair. Unfortunately, we both fell ill and have medical certifications to support this. Additionally, I had a prior COVID contact, adding uncertainty to whether my illness was COVID-related or not. Due to our conditions, we had to cancel our flights just two or three days before departure due to fever and other symptoms. Our booking was made through Kiwi.com with booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] and the email [redacted] Despite our attempts to contact Ryanair directly, we require references we don't have as the booking was made via Kiwi.com. The customer service was unable to locate our booking with the provided email address, asking for one associated with the booking. We are hopeful for credits or coupons from Eurowings and Ryanair as this trip was a significant investment for us. Dear Kiwi, I believe there was an error made with my ticket, number [redacted]02. Instead of being one reservation, it was split into two. This mistake is concerning as such errors should not happen from a reputable company like yours. I kindly request a refund for the tickets or a partial refund. My initial flight got canceled right as I arrived at the airport. Spirit attempted to rebook me on a Southwest flight, but there was a mix-up with the reservation, causing me to miss the flight. The alternative flight provided by the airline wouldn't have allowed me to catch my connecting flights. I am requesting a complete refund for this situation. The experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I have been rushing around the airport for three hours. Fortunately, I had arrived early, although it turned out to be unnecessary.

Hi, I recently noticed a charge on my bank account for a flight that I did not actually purchase. When I attempted to book a flight, I encountered an error during the payment process and decided to book through a different platform instead. Despite not receiving a confirmation for the flight, I was charged €31 on December 2nd, [redacted], with payment reference PP.[redacted].PP. The transaction was made through PayPal with transaction ID 8AN42959XF[redacted], but the funds were withdrawn from my bank account. I have already reached out to Paypal regarding this issue, but I suspect the error may lie with kiwi.com. I kindly request a refund for this unauthorized charge.

Regarding Booking [redacted]17 with Kiwi, unfortunately, my experience with the company was disappointing. I purchased tickets for a round trip from San Juan to Culebra, but the return flight operated by Cape Air was canceled. While Cape Air offered alternative flights the next morning, Kiwi charged an additional $[redacted] per ticket for the change, claiming it would have been free if I had purchased their protection plan. I find this unreasonable, as I believe the airline or Kiwi should compensate for the inconvenience caused. When I voiced my concerns to Cape Air staff, they were also surprised by the situation. I feel taken advantage of and will be pursuing this matter further. Kiwi's approach to this situation is unacceptable, and I will not be using their services again unless this issue is resolved satisfactorily.
