Dear Kiwi.com**I am writing in reference to the below email received from you back In February.**BOOKING NUMBER**** *** ***** *“Dear Amber Joy Mcaleavy,**We would like to sincerely apologize that your refund request will take longer to process than expected.**We are in regular contact with the carrier(s) and doing all we can to get you the refund as soon as possible. However, there is a delay because of the huge number of requests that are still to be processed. As soon as we have more of an update to share, we’ll contact you immediately.**In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and understanding.**You can check the overall status of your refund request directly in your Manage My Booking.”***Is there anyway to resend this request? I am very concerned at the lack of update or contact to date regarding our flight refund with Norwegian air.**Kind regards*Amber
