I was trying to change a booking literally minutes after I made it. Still crickets from Kiwi. ... Please help us!! Our booking **** *** ****We realized an hour after we booked this saver flight that we cannot leave Sunday morning... We can leave in the afternoon but due to an unforeseen event, we cannot take the *:** flight on April *th. We are willing to pay for the difference in leaving later on. Most sites have a ** hour cancellation policy. We are willing to change but please due not make us pay full price. We would love to use Kiwi.com and say wonderful things about how they helped us. It was literally minutes from the time we booked until the time realized our mistake. Please help us! We simply made a human mistake and are asking for help. Its been a long time since we were able to take a vacation... Unless we get help we will not be able to afford to buy another ticket. Please have mercy and help us. This is frustrating because they claim "We are here for you ** hours, * days a week" You cannot get ahuman on the phone so how can they "be there for you?"

At this point a full refund because they still have not contacted me to make a minor change in the time of departure. My wife is a front liner and really needs a vacation. Kiwi really screwed this up. I would never use them no matter the ticket price again...
