My flights from Newcastle to Split in May of this tear were cancelled due to COVID-**. I officially requested a refund from Kiwi by email on **th April and was advised by email from Kiwi that it could take up to * months to process. Five months later I am still waiting and being told that they are still awaiting payment from the carrier, although I have had separate (independent) bookings refunded by the carriers involved (EasyJet and KLM) in * and * weeks respectively. Each time I contact Kiwi I get a reply with the header 'request resolved' and saying that they are still awaiting payment by carrier(s). The situation may be resolved to Kiwi's satisfaction, but it is certainly not resolved to my satisfaction. What can I do to expedite matters?
