The issue in GetHuman-economis's own words
you sold me a Lufthansa ticket is not usable. I need a full refund. E-ticket ***-***********. *I sent my request to refund the ticket on April * but I still did not get a response from you. It appears you are ignoring my request to refund the ticket that I bought the Lufthansa ticket via KIWI. As you can see I bought the ticket a day before the departure date in reliance of Lufthansa but the next early morning Lufthansa in Paris Charles De Gaule airport informed me with the attached notice that all transit passengers via Bangkok are not allowed. That means you sold me a ticket that is not usable to me. Therefore I had to pay a much higher price to another airline to buy a ticket to Seoul ICN. **Since it is your mistake of selling the ticket that is not usable, please refund the ticket to me. I hope you take your business responsibility.
