I have been reading the kiwi.com cronavirus articles posted on kiwi.com*And it mentions that if there are 'disruptions' to my itinerary the 'fare type rules no longer apply' *Well my itinerary has been severely 'disrupted' as Norway has imposed stringent border controls for all foreign arriving passengers.*Furthermore, kiwi.com have posted an article stipulating that Norwegian air have cancelled online and kiosk checkin which greatly disrupts my itinerary as I am a foreigner who is not able to leave the transit zone, how am I supposed to check in at the checkin hall? I have looked at Oslo gardermoen airport layout map and to access the check in desk, one must first pass through passport and security control which would effectively place me into Norway which I again mention the Norwegian government have ceased arrangements for all foreign travellers to enter Norway - I can not stress the importance of a full refund, this is greatly distressing.**Furthermore, because my 'fare type rules' no longer apply I am a little concerned as to why the kiwi.com team have totally disregarded my previous attempts to make contact via email.*I will attatch my booking reference below as to make your job easier, and to stop back and forth email.correspondence.**Booking ref: ***********Please rectify this situation and promptly respond to my request. **Kind regards
