My name is Javier Duarte, I have tickets booked on Tuesday ** of June. The plan was to have our honeymoon with my wife. Unfortunately, her mom is in a critical health situation and she need to travel to Colombia urgently. Her mom is at the Intensive Unit Care in Colombia, and the doctors are waiting the worse. For obvious reasons, we are not able to continue with the travel.**We would like to solve this situation, so we would like to hear the options to proceed. We were thinking some possibilities, so a reasonable refund of the tickets, taking in account that is a strong situation would be great. We are able to send clinical evidence or any other documents as a proof of the situation. *We could also move the dates for the trip without loosing all the money that we already invest.*Or if is possible, we would like to have a credit in our favour in order to be used later.*My booking number is: ********
