I have booked reservations with you to go from Fresno California to Tampa Florida I have two small children I need to go get when I got to the Fresno airport my reservations were all mixed up and messed up I was not able to fly I was there and I was on the phone yesterday from * o’clock till *** last night talking to somebody then today I called them again and they said that I needed to get two more cards from Google and give them another $*** I was at the airport I was running ragged I don’t have that money I ran I called somebody to borrow it and they went and got the cards I sent the card numbers in and the man said great he would call me back and give me my airline confirmation I’m still in Las Vegas and it’s *** I’ve been on the phone all day from ** o’clock this morning with yourself representative I was running ragged I had an anxiety attack I fell over and passed out I had to have the airline people help me I was telling them what happened and they said that was terrible they said they’ve heard a lot of bad things from your company and I’ve never used you before and I never will again the man was supposed to give me my airline ticket reservations and send them to me email he promised he called me back in ** minutes after I gave them the number of the last card after he took my $*** again he just wouldn’t answer his phone number and he still doesn’t I had a very bad anxiety attack I about passed out I have all lot of witness witness is from the airport but sign and rolled out a little paper what happen with me the reservation people wrote out something everybody thinks this is terrible and I do too I have no more money to give you guys he promised me he give me my reservations after I sent him another *** I had to call all over the United States to find somebody who could get a Google card and send me the numbers to give to him he kept answering his phone when he wanted them numbers for the cards but I’ll tell you what soon as he got the second card I said where is my reservation and you told me you had everything already I just needed the card and you give it to him he said please let me call you back in ** minutes.
