I reserve flights and paid form then when I went to the airport they was all messed up I had to pay the airport $*** to get on the plane this morning I called your agent they was going to make sure I got my money that they took that they old me besides my ticket money I was at the airport in Las Vegas all day today the man kept making me go look for cards I passed out because I was over anxiety the well people at the airport help me I gave the man another $*** no *** *** on one card and *** on another he was supposed to call me right back in ** minutes to give me my plane tickets confirmation never called back no I just had to pay money to rent a motel to stay here overnight in Vegas I am stranded here me and my daughter have two little children that we have to pick up in Tampa it is a very important trip we have been treated bad and I want to talk to someone about it my phone number is ***-***-**** my name is Denice Ludden I can’t believe your people would lie to me and keep making me go find Google tickets to put *** on each card and then they never called me back I don’t know what’s going on but I’m not happy if this doesn’t get resolved I will take action on this I have a lot of proof about doing all this and I’ve kept all my Google cards and all my receipts and all my Traven Friendd‘s actions from you guys over the telephone your people just not act like they care about us out here and they lie to us I literally have been on the phone yesterday from two till eight last night today I’ve been on the phone from ** o’clock this morning Until *** trying to talk to people this is not right I was so nervous I passed out on the floor I have letters from people who work in the airport about my condition please let me know I need to get to Tampa Florida tomorrow
