Booking reference:**********I am extremely frustrated with having to pay ** Euros from Amman to Bucharest and another ** from Bucharest to London due to a deficiency in your "Online check in" syatem. Checking in online was NOT available. I headed to the airport extra early to avoid any unexpexted issues only to find out that I have to pay ** Euros to board the first plane and another ** euros to board the second.**I did read the policies and I did see that a fee may be applied if I check in at the airport if an online check in is not made. However online check in was NOT available during mutiple trials dating back to * day days before take off. **The agent at wizzair felt so sorry for me that they gave me priority seeting because of hour frustrated I was.**I have both reciepts and expect a FULL refund of ***** euros credited to my credit card.**I have never been in a situation where I cant check in online due to a deficiency from an airline representative and having to pay for your shortcomings.**I wanted to call and sort it out at the time but it would have costed me a fortune as I was all the way across the globe.**I expect nothing less than a full refund.
