Hey guys, **I received this message a couple of days ago about a change in my itinerary. I was on my way to the airport when the message came in, so I went back home to call the airline and see what was going on. When I call the airline, they told me there was no change to my schedule, and everything was ok with it. But by then, I have lost around ** minutes, so I rushed to the airport but obviously I didn't make it on time, so they put me in the next available flight four hours later.**This was a terrible mistake on your part, and I wonder why this happened.
