Booking No's ******* & ********Yesterday I made * bookings for my Granddaughter (Sophie Gramegna) who is currently in Indonesia and needs to get back to the UK following the earthquakes.*I gave my Granddaughters e-mail address and mobile phone number as the contact details so I have not known until a few minutes ago if everything was OK. My Grandaughter has forwarded me e-mails saying the bookings have been refunded and having checked your website that is in fact the case. However I have noticed that you have charged my credit card twice yesterday for the exact same amounts. How this has happened with only one booking reference number for each flight is beyond my comprehension.*Can you please confirm you have cancelled the flight bookings and are crediting all monies taken from my credit card.
