I booked a flight ticket from Kiwi.com, and they had insurance that says when you miss a flight that is under that warranty you would get refund or new ticket from Kiwi.com. My flight was from Copenhagen to Iceland, and from Iceland to Baltimore with WOWAir, and then from Baltimore to Houston with Spirit airlines. There was issue in the airport on Copenhagen I missed my connection flight in Iceland. They provided me new ticket for the next day, but I missed my Baltimore-Houston ticket as well, and spirit airlines said they cannot do anything. I called and tried to reach Kiwi.com from the phone numbers that they provided, but it kept saying that I should wait ** minutes, for like an hour or so... I bought a new ticket that cost me almost half of my trip, so I want my refund..!
