Booking number ********My flight was Thursday **-**-****, my first flight was from Jacksonville Fl, to Chicago O'hare Airport. Unfortunately, that first flight was late arriving to Chicago. I understand things happen, and I understand that certain things cannot be avoided. I proceeded to run to my gate, at which I was told I could not enter, even though there was over ** minutes before the plane would take off. I did my best to get assistance from the airport personal, to no avail. I missed my flight from Chicago, consequently. I tried to get a different flight at this point, however there was limited personal at the gates from the appropriate airline, and sadly no-one really seemed eager to help me. I understand we all have stress in our life, and that it was late in the day, I was really hoping someone would would to at least assist me in getting a new flight, but no-one would. I then proceeded to get in touch with kiwi. I know that there are many people trying to get issues resolved, and I know kiwi is doing their best to assist. Me being a first time customer, is was hoping that I would be able to get someone on the phone or email to get a flight same night or maybe the next morning. Sadly, I have to admit that no-one from kiwi contact me for several hours. After I was contacted, I was put on a flight that departed Chicago O'hare at almost *pm the next day, that was almost ** hours from the time I was talking to someone. No attempted at any assistance, or help was made. As a first time customer, and someone who put almost of trust in kiwi, due to some really good recommendations, was disappointed that they did not attempt to get me a sooner flight or tomato me feel as thought they cared, and I have no doubt that they care, as customer's are what keeps their business going. After that waiting period my next flight from Rome, was another ** hour wait, no-one again attempted to make that flight sooner, or to in any way come and make me feel cared for. That same flight from Rome to Beograd was delayed an additional *.* hours and noone advised us until last minute what gate it would be. I planed on using kiwi again from my flight back, and this time it is me and my brother flying back from either Beograd or Zagreb on the **th, however I do not have to confidence that this will not happen again, and that kiwi will be able to assist in a timely manner. I am really hoping that someone from kiwi will step up and reestablish confidence in the company, and in some way compensate my for the two days that I lost in travel on a vacation that is only ** days long. I am putting my faith in the company and it's people to make this right, and I have full faith that they will live up to the recommendation that caused me to use them in the first place. Please let me know I can help in this matter. My return flight for two adults is planned for the ** of July for * adults from either Beograd or Zagreb to *Jacksonville Florida.
