I want my booking ******** CANCELED so I can re-book. I researched the flight connections after booking and realized the connections they offered in this booking are impossible to make. **I leave NY and arrive in Orly Paris at *:**PM on Norwegian and must deplane, go thru immigration and customs (carry-on luggage), change terminals, go thru security, and get to the EasyJet Gate for a flight that takes off at *:**PM. I contacted EasyJet and they close the gate ** minutes before the flight takes off. This is impossible to make. **Kiwi said they would guarantee the connection, but I will surely miss it and there are NO other flights out that day. I will miss my vacation connections. **HELP.
GetHuman-chealey did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-chealey fixed the problem
Had over * conversations with customer service techs and managers over a week period. Contacted connecting airlines customer service to have them affirm in writing (online conversation) that the flight connection was impossible to make. Forwarded it to Kiwi. Finally they admitted a glitch in their algorithm and said they would NOT cancel, but would rebook. We gave certain parameters i.e. travel time limit, direct flight etc. we have not recieced the new booking yet, but they verbally agreed to change it. So fingers crossed still !
