I need to be reimbursed for my hotel room, food, and taxi ride home from a different airport due to my flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Asheville being cancelled as I landed at the airport having flown back from Costa Rica. They have not responded to my several emails regarding this issue.

Be reimbursed for my expenses incurred due to the return flight from Fort Lauderdale to Asheville being cancelled at the last minute and my not being able to get another flight within two days to the same airport, thereby leaving me stranded and having to take a different flight to the nearest airport which was two and a half hours from my home. ... On my return flight from Costa Rica, I landed at the FLL airport to board the Allegiant airline flight to AVL on ******* and it had just been cancelled. I was left stranded in Fort Lauderdale, Fl until Sunday which was the next flight that was not already completely booked. I had to get home by Saturday at the latest so I had to buy a hotel room for the night and the meals for myself and my husband (* tickets) and take the next closest flight home, which was to Concord, NC the next day. This flight was still * and a half hours from my home and we had to pay for the taxi to get home. I have all of the receipts and I can send them if you will answer the two emails I have sent you. According to the airlines, the reason for the cancellation was a problem at the airport where the plane that was to arrive at FLL was taking off, there was supposedly a "sinkhole", which is not a weather condition, and it was miraculously repaired by the next day. I would like a refund of my expenses incurred due to this flight cancellation at the last minute. My booking number for this trip was *******.
This was particularly frustrating because to begin with they never sent me the boarding passes for the return flights or checked me in as they were supposed to do. I had to go online to the two separate sights and do that myself, and then the flight for the last part of the return trip was cancelled at the last minute. My husband walks with a cane and extra walking was very painful for him and the delay in plans was very very frustrating.
Answer my emails and reimburse me according to their guarantee.
I expected Kiwi.com to carry through on their cancellation guarantee, which they to date have not done. They are impossible to get in touch with and do not answer their emails.
I have emailed them several times, with no response from them.
