Kiwi.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-dariakh's own words
I booked I flight on the *.* to Israel on the *.*(had a connection in Madrid and Paris).The booking number is *******. I a letter I get was written that it will take ** minutes I will get my booking confirmation. In the next morning I still didn't had the conformation so I wrote a letter. I get to the airport and had * hours before the flight and still without any confirmation. I stared to write letters, pressing the option that it's an emergency and I'm already at the airport and nothing. My flight was already closed and only ** minutes after it I get the confirmation. I missed all the flight and all the connections and I want all the money back because it was your responsibility to do the confirmation on time.
GetHuman-dariakh did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
