I booked a flight a day ago that supposed to depart tomorrow. It’s booking number is *******. Flight is from Singapore to Bangkok, Thailand. I specifically checked before booking a flight that Thai Lion Air allows **kg checked baggage for economy customers and **kg for business cl*** customers. For Singapore flights. That’s why I wanted to fly with them cause I have ** kg checked baggage with me. But my reservation from Kiwi says that it’s **kg. I tried to go online and change my checked luggage but the kiwi website didn’t allow it cause it’s less than **h before departure. I don’t want to be stranded at the airport tomorrow paying ***s of dollars. Please, help me with this issue.
