Get a refund ... I have been in the phone for an hour already today and ** minutes yesterday to resolve this issue. I placed an order *********** and then received an email saying congratulations your order was cancelled. After ** minutes on hold when I did finally get to talk with a human, she was unable to resolve the issue or explain why I received the cancellation email. She suggested that I reorder to reserve my item. Later in the day I received another email saying that order was also cancelled, except I was charged for BOTH orders. I need reassurance that I am going to get the one product that I wanted with a discount and refunded for the second OR I want an immediate refund if both orders. This is becoming a Better Business issue very quickly. I need a response back.
I have spent two hours on the phone in the last two days trying to get ahold of a live person. I am taking my frustration to social media and the BBB unless this is resolved by end of day today.
