I purchased this unit almost a year ago and have had nothing but problems. **. Water dispenser did not work so Nebraska furniture mart replaced it. *Second one also did not work but I kept it and called kitchen aid only to be told my water pressure was too high. Had checked and psi well within your quoted specs. Had service out and was told had bad filter so I went and bought filter. Did not fix. So I called Nebraska to get third frig. The third frig would dispense water maybe ** percent of the time. Then about * weeks ago my ice maker quit working. Called KA again to get it serviced. When they came to service they had to order parts and also was told there were multiple recalls on unit. They came out and performed all services and replaced ice maker. Twenty four hours later and still no ice. Called service,they came out and heater in water line to ice bad*broken. Had to order parts again. Week later heater was replaced. Now that everything was repaired and replaced I have water*ice on the bottom of refrigerator. ***. Called KA again and spoke with Crystal in resolutions. She submitted to replacement. I just received a call from resolution and was told refrigerator is not available and was offered a lesser model($**** less) with no refund of difference , a refund or I could look at other family of refrigerator (whirlpool). I explained I wanted what I have replaced and was told that these are my only options. **This is very hard for me to believe or accept. I purchased your top of the line refrigerator wasted all my vacation(*weeks) dealing with service or replacements. Now as we speak I am on hold with kitchen aid hoping someone will step up an make this right. I don’t think that you should spend $**** on refrigerator waste your vacation only to have NO RESOLUTIONS and basically be told take it or leave it, Offer is good for ** days. I have spoken to Travis and Kendal which have been no help and very condescending and arrogant. I asked to wait for my model and was told I have ** days to make decision. I have never been treated so rude by a company that supplies consumer products.
