I purchased the a Kitchen Aid stove in May ****. Model: KSGG***ESS*, serial* :*R********.*Since the very beginning the stove had problems, the broiler didn't work, I had to call service * times, for problems related to the oven. Not only that I cannot use the oven, but the time I have to spend calling the service and taking the time off from my work in order to be able to be there when the service comes. I feel it is time to ask you to replace this stove with another that works.*Respectfully,*L. Milojevic
