I ordered the Keriug *.* a year ago. I have only used it a few times. I went back using my normal coffee maker. I thought it was just the keruig I didn’t like but as I talked to others who had one they say I have a defective one and to email y’all. Most I use it I get the error message and I gave to open it up and use another pod. There are times I have to use two to three pods to get one cup of coffee. It makes it for a min then error message and I take out pod put in a new one and I have to stay over again usually I do it three times to get my ** ounces of coffee what am I doing wrong. I want to like the machine and single cup coffee but I can’t continue using more pods for * cup.
