Hello *i am a very unhappy customer. On Feb ** I brought in * watches that needed batteries replaced. In Town Center Mall in Boca Raton.*I was told by Cesar Gomez they would be ready in one week.Naturally I came back on Feb ** only to find nothing had been done*I was told come back next week. I came back twice the following week still no watches fixed. I was told waiting for parts and to come back. So i came back twice and was told watches were locked up in safe and the did not have a key to open. They asked me to come back the following day which i did and still no watches*I came back again ( now its been * weeks and still no watches)*They said come back next week . I came back and * watches were ready to pick up.*I was told the *rd watch (Raymond Weil) still waiting for part, they said please come back. At this point I was getting sick of coming back but I came back the following week (now * *** weeks) and Cesar Gomez apologized and said that Kay Jewelers could not get the watch open and had no tools to do it*I was very annoyed at this treatment, He must have known weeks ago but still chose to lie to me.*I took my watch to another jeweler and the changed the Battery in ** minutes I mean REALLY?*Obviously I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to Kay*My son is looking to buy an engagement ring but after this horrible experience I would NEVER let him buy at Kay*I am a very unhappy customer*Claudia Erardy
