Still waiting for a code, emails or a call but you have not replied back to me at all aI have gotten NOTHING from anyone and I thought that the Springfield,Illinois store needed to have more training in customer service but I guess it is needed through out the entire company

Get an answer ... I had one of my rings worked on in Springfield,Illinois, was never notified it was done went to store spoke to a worker named Kristy or krissy she was the rudest person I have EVER dealt with ,first of all she told me it was my problem that they didn’t contact me and that’s why my ring was left there over a week because I dropped it off but your manager put it under my husbands account not mine, she said I had an attitude about my ring , I said to her that she was being rude to me I asked he * or more time I wanted my ring and she said she had to take a pic of it , but after watching her wear yes I said wear my ring on her finger I finally got it so I left and as I left she was talking about me with a coworker so I decided to turn around come back with my husband and he asked what was the problem and she tried to be nice to him but still continue to be rude to me I ask her how she would feel if she saw someone with her ring on that cost over *,***.** I informed her that that ring and my wedding set was over **,***.** dollars and we have spent probably close to **,***.** in that store but we will NEVER be back again because of this issue! And it didnt seem to matter to her she blocked me out and tried playing nice to my husband but what she doesn’t relish if your rude to me it’s the same as being rude to him and all the time she was blaming the manager instead of taking ay of the blame but she was the one with my ring on , I have always had my jewelry brought out to me on the velvet ring holder. But I will never be back
