Resolve the issue at hand ... I bought, paid in full, a wedding engagement set for my fiance. The engagement ring was not in store, Hinesville Georgia store, they were going to get the band in and mail it to where I live in Florence SC at Kay Jewelers to pick up. Qe have been given * dates it should have been there, IT IS NOT THERE, MY PAID FOR RING WAS SOLD IN THE HINESVILLE GA STORE INSTEAD OF BEING SHIPPED TO THE KAY JEWELERS IN FLORENCE SC. A PAID FOR BAND, SOLD!!! Qe had planned on a New Year's Eve Wedding which we cannot plan anymore now. We have called both stores, we have a ticket number with corporate, who we talked to * days ago AND STILL NOTHING..No phone call, no email, NOTHING. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT KAY JEWELERS IS GOING TO DO FOR ME...TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!! I spent over *,***.** total between the * stores. I will not be run around ANYMORE!! The last ticket number we were given was ticket * ********, this was a corporate call. We were not told when a new band would be ordered and by that I know for a fact that if Hinesville GA has to order it AGAIN, send to Florence SC where we live, NONE OF THIS WILL BE DONE IN TIME. WE ARE GOING ON A MONTH!! This is totally unacceptable and not a soul has done anything to let us know when, where and if we will get the band. WHICH HAS ALL BEEN PAID FOR!!
