I was chatting this morning with kaitlin K. . *Shevtold me to better call customer service.*I did that, the lady (don’t remember her name, told me I can not talk to her because I am not the one who bougth the ring. *My husband did it, he is working out of the city, and the ring was for me.*Besides, she told me that I can not even talk in the store, because it is the policy.*I am really upset.*My ring was sent to be fix twice, both times were wrongly fix, no quality control at all.*It is proper to say the white gold *** diamond ring was bought on october last year. *at the time at hillsdale mall did not have the one I wanted, so the manager told us as soon as they get the one I can exchange it.*They did not have until *or * months ago.*So, as long at the time we purchased the ring no one told us about the time for exchange, not even the policy to exchange for doble amount. *So at the time the rings arrive to this store, i tried to exchange but was not possible. the manager charge ***$ to change the color of the ring, well I thought would be ok right but *No at all, they sent yellow*white gold, I asked for white*rose gold and terrible fixed.*It was returned for second time, this time the ring it was not round, it is oval and has black spots under the stone. You can tell it is not worth it.*The manager said she can ask for another ring and sent it to the jewelry to transfer my stone to the new one.*I am so tired, sad and upset about this.*After the attempts to fix my ring, the stone does not look nice anymore.*I really just want my money back *and the ***$ additional because I never got a satisfactory service.*My husband paid warranty.*Oh, by the way Zach (store ****) was really nice with me, he listened the conversation with the manager and stayed with me after she turned her back on me.
