A manager refused to give my money back after the guy at the drive-thru window gave me the wrong order. He gave the other customer the order I received, that I had touched, during COVID. Mind you, I wouldn't want anyone touching my food when it's not COVID. So when the manager tried to give me the order he got from someone else, I wouldn't take it. He wanted my receipt but I wouldn't give it to him. The worker at the window told him my order. I was not releasing my order and then he said I didn't place an order. He would have had all the proof. He then refused to give me my money back. He needs to be fired as this is theft. It occurred at the KFC store located at **** Austin Peay Memphis, TN. It happened ********* at approximately **:**pm. The manager is lacking proper handling of people skills and the whole process in which he solved the manner was absolutely nasty and unsafe considering we are in a pandemic. He would have demanded better service. He needs to be fired.
