The issue in GetHuman-ltcoled's own words
KFC ** ** **** *:** pm*Tonight at *:** I received my order after waiting in line twenty minutes for the six cars in front of me. I live in Ashborough about on mile from the KFC. Ashborough and Ashborough East are in the $***k to $***k homes about *** homes I believe. Going the other way one mile on Dorchester is Kings Grant another *** homes in the $***K TO $***K Range..*I presented one of your “respond and get a free chicken sandwich” sale receipts. The manager said I did not have enough numbers ( * ) in the validation code given to me and written on the sales receipt. So, I gave her another sales receipt with the validation CODE (* *’s ) that was given to me written on it. She said I had made them up and would not honor that sales receipts either. I ask for them back and she would not give them back to me. My order was at *:** and was for $**.** from your ***** Dorchester Road store. Sir please check your records and you will see that I respond frequently. I also write comments on improvements to improve your business. I owned a business one block up the road at ***** Dorchester Road. The traffic count is I’m sure close to **k cars a day. You just built a TacoBell across the street. Compare this KFC with that TacoBell’s business numbers, I believe this KFC should do much better. I’ve written that you should move your order station further away from serving window. At least to the other side of the building. That would increase your order que from * to * cars with little change in pattern or parking spaces. Moving it down the other side could add potentially another * to * spaces.*I have talked to some managers at Chic-Fil-A. they routinely do *** cars an hour and target $*,*** an hour drive thru only. That’s one car order every ** seconds at an average order of $**.**. Less than four miles up the road on the wrong side for going home with no direct turn into the driveway. *That was two receipts for free valid receipts for free sandwiches. Plus I did not get my receipt for $**.** which I could have gotten another sandwich with. THREE. *This MANAGER? Was rude to me. Literally called me a liar saying “I made up the numbers and that she had seen a lot and they were more than * digits long. I got one tonight and the code is “*****” five digits. I don’t think a manager should start a BRU-haha over a $* sandwich and hold up the line for ten minutes!! There were at least ten cars, I know because I’m in line and I count spaces it was all the around past the double entrance doors.!*Slow.!! Inefficient.!! Happens BUT RUDE that’s inexcusable .!!
