I visited the KFC store on***** NW **TH STREET in Oklahoma City at *:** PM on ********. I tried to order * pieces crispy and was told they didn't have it.**When I got to the window and told the guy that this was the fourth time that they had been out of the crispy chicken and that they could simply fix the problem by making more chicken, he began actually yelling at me as loud as he possibly could.* He also said the "F" word to me twice while he was cursing me out in a complete irate state.*My response to him was "how dare you yell at me sir" which I said repeatedly.**I don't know his name but he was a middle-aged black man with a kind of round face.**I need someone to contact me about doing something about this employee's behavior.**I also need an email contact from your corporate legal department and the store owner's name.**Thank you.*Sincerely,Marcus Green of Oklahoma City
