Place an order ... I went to your restaurant on Erie Blvd in Rome NY. An employee walked in before me ( she seen me behind her) thinking she must of been on break. She walked right to the back of the kitchen, I stood there almost * min before she came out to take my order. She took it then took another lady's order behind me. After that she just walked outside without anyone knowing to talk to an employee that was sitting outside having a cigarette. A gentleman walked in stood at the counter, it was a few min before I got my order. I left and he was still standing there waiting for someone to take his order. Kitchen people were busy with drive-thru. To me this is very rude and I feel someone that doesn't care about her job and does what she wants. No one should have to stand there that long to place an order. I'm not sure how long the gentleman waited, I left.
