On 9/18/[redacted], I visited the KFC near my home. I ordered a 10-piece meal with all white meat from an employee named Grecia. Despite communicating my request clearly and assuming there might be an additional charge, I received 10 pieces of legs and thighs instead. Although I was not charged extra for the mistake, it is frustrating to see a lack of attention to customers' preferences. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service at this location. Every visit seems to result in incorrect orders, missing items, or impolite customer service. Despite my husband's love for KFC, I have decided to avoid this restaurant due to consistently disappointing experiences. The staff, including their supervisors, appear indifferent to providing good customer service. The restaurant's dine-in area is consistently dirty, which is why I typically use the drive-thru. I am truly let down by the substandard service that this establishment deems acceptable.

On *********, I visited the KFC nearest to my home to order the **-piece meal with all white meat. After specifically requesting it and being aware of the extra charge, the cashier, Grecia, confirmed my order twice. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized I had received ** pieces of legs and thighs instead. Even though I wasn't charged extra, it is frustrating that they did not fulfill my order correctly. This isn't the first instance of poor service at this location. Every time I visit, there seems to be an issue with my order, missing items, or unfriendly staff. Despite my husband's love for KFC, I am now reluctant to return to this particular restaurant. The employees, including the supposed supervisors, display ignorance and a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. The dining area is consistently dirty, which is why I usually opt for the drive-thru. I am incredibly disappointed with the substandard service provided at this establishment.

While there was no additional charge for the mix up, I find it frustrating that my request was not fulfilled. This is not an isolated incident, as every visit to this location seems to have issues ranging from incorrect orders to poor customer service. Despite being a frequent customer, the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness has led me to decide not to return. I believe a refund of half the $32.46 total cost, which should have been $26.99 before taxes, is warranted. The consistent subpar service at this restaurant is truly disappointing.

I visited KFC on Foxon Road in East Haven, CT, and ordered a number 1 meal. The customer service representative, who was also the manager, was rude when taking my order, but I proceeded with it. When I reached the window, I requested butter, jelly, ketchup, and honey mustard. I realized I was given honey instead of jelly. Upon asking for jelly again, he seemed annoyed, handed me the jelly with an attitude, and closed the window after I thanked him. As I ate in the parking lot, I noticed the jelly was brown and runny. When I returned to the window to show him, he dismissed it as the jelly manufacturer's fault. When I asked for a replacement biscuit, he refused, so I handed back the biscuit and left. The whole experience left me feeling upset and disappointed with the treatment received over a biscuit by the management.

On September 20th, I visited the local Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Richland Center, Wisconsin at 5:30 PM. I noticed there was construction in the parking lot. Despite the website showing the restaurant as open, the building was well-lit and fully staffed, but I received a rude response from two young male employees - one Caucasian with glasses and one African American. The Caucasian employee refused to serve me. I was surprised by the situation. The restaurant appeared to be operational with lights on, multiple staff members present, and doors open. It was confusing why the employees claimed to be closed if everything indicated otherwise. I am determined to address this issue on social media until I receive a satisfactory explanation and resolution. The level of service was extremely poor, especially considering the employees were visibly present and on duty. I seek clarity on this frustrating disconnect.

I recently visited KFC in Pace, Florida, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. Despite attempting to contact them over the phone for three days, no one answered. Upon speaking with Assistant Manager Mike, he did not show any remorse for the mistake and seemed to downplay the issue. I am disappointed with the service I received and felt the need to share my experience.

The local KFC in Athen, Tennessee has been poorly managed. An associate was unfairly fired by Manager Pam for an accusation of theft, despite the money being found in the safe. Another associate was not paid management wages despite managing the store. Manager Pam is exploiting minors by making them work late on school nights. The store is consistently dirty and mismanaged. I urge the company to investigate the management at this location, specifically Manager Pam. Allowing such management practices to continue is detrimental to the business. This branch requires significant improvements. Thank you.

I recently visited the KFC in Rutland with my family for dinner. I happened to go inside due to needing to use the restroom. I was shocked by the condition of the restaurant's interior! It was extremely dirty and unsanitary. During the short time we were there, three different customers returned their food. The manager's response was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid dining at the Rutland KFC in Rutland, VT [redacted].

On September 23, [redacted], I visited the KFC on [redacted] Union Ave in Memphis, TN. The store was dirty, with sticky and unpleasant countertops and floors. My experience there was not good. I ordered a large Mac and Cheese with original chicken, but my order came without the chicken, even though I didn't specify that I didn't want it. The cashier, Christine, was rude when I asked how long it would take for my order. She accused me of trying to jump the line in a disrespectful manner, which embarrassed me as I had no intention of doing so. Thank you.

I visited KFC in Rock Hill, South Carolina and experienced several issues with my order. Initially, when I went through the drive-thru, my credit card was swiped for another customer's order instead of mine. I went inside to address the mistake and saw they were still trying to resolve issues with other customers in the drive-thru. The manager eventually helped me, and I thought the situation was fixed. However, when I got home, all the chicken pieces were hard and dry, and even the biscuit was extremely hard. When I called the restaurant to request a refund, I was told the manager was busy and to call back in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, I couldn't reach anyone. I just want my money back as the food was inedible.

I have encountered several issues at your restaurant located at the intersection of Highway [redacted] and Highway 16. On a Sunday afternoon at 1 pm, I found the place deserted. Later on, when I ordered chicken tenders, I was informed they were out of potato wedges. Additionally, on another occasion, I was told they were not open for lunch yet as they were getting ready to cook chicken. During my most recent visit, the drive-through service was extremely slow, with customers leaving due to long wait times. It is evident that the management at this establishment is lacking as these incidents are not isolated. With competitors like Bojangles and the upcoming Zaxby's nearby, it is crucial to address these service failures promptly to prevent further loss of customers.

Last Saturday, I made a regretful decision to dine at the KFC outlet in Salt Lake City Center, Kolkata, India. Despite preferring to pay by card due to carrying less cash, I experienced a deduction of Rs. [redacted] from my bank account. The staff assured me of a refund within 48 hours as they claimed the payment was not received. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, the refund did not materialize. Instead of addressing the issue, they repeatedly redirected me to check my bank statement and offered food instead. Their unprofessional and lackluster customer service left me disappointed. Even after confirming the refund was not processed, they continued to evade responsibility. Their only suggestion was to visit the store in person for a resolution. This disregard for customer support is unacceptable, and I urge for a speedy resolution to get my refund promptly.

I visited the KFC on University Parkway in Winston-Salem, on 9/28/19. The cashier was rude, didn't greet us, and made us wait to order. The wait for our side items was over nine minutes. The drink area was dirty with hair and dust, and trash can liners were on the condiment items. When I asked for kids, I was told to wait. The cashier didn't handle the situation well, and when I asked for a refund of $18.48, the manager questioned me. I explained the rude service and store cleanliness issues but was met with indifference. I just want my money refunded to my debit card as promised on the receipt. I won't return due to the awful service, unprofessional management, and overall poor experience.

I had a disappointing experience at the KFC in BELTON, SC. Today, I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes to order, only to be told they were out of extra crispy chicken breast. This happened previously too, with only legs and thighs available after a long wait. The service is slow and the availability of menu items is lacking, making it frustrating, especially during lunchtime on a Sunday. Despite seeing three employees inside, the drive-thru wait time was still excessive. I hope something improves at this KFC location, or perhaps it should be closed due to the terrible service.

I visited KFC restaurant #E648027 on Atlantic Blvd today, and my experience there was awful. I was there with my children, hoping they could enjoy their well-deserved KFC meal as a treat. However, the cashier took orders without informing us they were out of dark meat chicken, leading to a voided order after waiting. The staff handled food without gloves or proper hygiene, dropping and picking up potato wedges with bare hands. Orders were mixed up, causing delays and frustration among customers. Even the sandwich I ordered was poorly made and cold, making it inedible. This poor service forced me to seek another KFC elsewhere to fulfill my children's dinner reward. Unfortunately, not being able to drive due to a disability made this task challenging. Despite our love for KFC, this particular visit was disappointing and ruined our family day.

The KFC located on Stafford Road by Science Park in Wolverhampton, UK, has consistently provided subpar service and food quality. Despite being empty, the restaurant fails to maintain clean tables, and the staff's demeanor is rude and neglectful. During a recent visit, encountering slow service, confused staff at the tills, and receiving a badly prepared meal left a negative impression. Alternatively, the KFC on Penn Road in Wolverhampton is noted as being the preferred choice due to its superior service. I ordered three 3-piece chicken meals this evening. Unfortunately, one piece of chicken had a strange substance inside that resembled a ball of worms. I was too scared to investigate further and felt truly disappointed. I took a photo and returned the food to the store. The manager insisted it was liver, but it was not. It was within the chicken, not the liver. Despite offering a replacement meal, I couldn't trust eating it after finding something so unsettling in my dinner. The manager reluctantly refunded me. I am utterly disgusted and have no desire to eat chicken again, especially from KFC. The food processing methods need serious reevaluation. I have felt sick and even vomited multiple times in the past few hours. If I don't feel better, I may have to go to the ER.

I recently visited the KFC drive-thru located at [redacted] Erie Boulevard E in Syracuse, NY [redacted]. While placing my order, I had a question about the menu, and the employee who took my order responded with an attitude. After expressing my concerns, I received incomplete food. Upon contacting the store, I spoke with Craig who claimed to be the general manager. Unfortunately, Craig was extremely rude and unapologetic for the poor customer service I experienced. He was dismissive and unprofessional throughout our conversation. I am seeking further assistance to address the behavior displayed by Craig, the supposed general manager, which was unacceptable.

I am currently outside KFC in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at [redacted] W M.L.K. Jr Blvd. Upon arriving, I noticed only two employees, a male and female, near a car. Unfortunately, they seemed preoccupied with smoking marijuana, evident from the smell around. They even attempted to hide by closing the door leading to the trash area, only visible by their feet. Despite my attempts to get their attention for service, they did not respond until I decided to leave, at which point they hurried inside. This conduct is highly inappropriate for a business establishment.
