I went to kfc. Flowood MS. At ***pm. First, the drive thru lady was very rude and would not listen to me. She was talking more to coworker. I could hear it come thru her headset. She also kept cutting me off while I was trying to order. When they didn’t have any crispy chicken prepared for sale, she told me it would take ** minutes to prepare some. She did not like the fact that I said my kids would not eat original. She said the only thing available was dark meat original. They ask me to drive around to wait on my food with attitude. I said I would after they give my card back. Normally, I do. Not like to complain. I have worked in the customer service field for over ** years, and I would like to know how my employees treated people after I left for the day. The part that got me was the way that they acted like I was bothering them with my order. Please get with the employees at this location and please retrain them on customer service . ***pm flowood ms *******. It took them ** minutes to bring my order and it was not right.
