I received a parking charge at KFC in Gainsborough, uk. Although no parking violation occurred it resulted in a CCJ being attached to my credit file. The company guilty of this fraudulent claim is Civil Enforcement Ltd. It has now resulted in being rejected with a re-mortgage application, & ruining my wife’s credit rating.*As a married father of five, it is essential that I am able to go to work. Today, due to parking at kfc I am not even able to afford the fuel to put in it. I cannot do anything whilst I have the CCJ on my credit file as I had intended to consolidate debt with my mortgage renewal.*The sign states **minutes free parking DURING opening hours. I exited the car park at **:**, the store has always opened at **:**. Therefore, NO violation was committed.*Previous attempts to contact yourselves regarding this error have resulted in a charge of £** for **minutes of phone calls.Even though I have spoken to a uk team member, within the Uk my calls have been charged outside my payment plan. This is due to them going via the Cayman Islands. Has this been my fault I would have accepted it. However, the company kfc chose to manage the carpark Civil Enforcement Ltd behave like cowboys & crooks. Seemingly operating under a mantra of ‘ greed & impede’. I have been left with no option but to take the matter to a real judge. One where the judge will have the necessary qualifications to make a judgment. *To save having to make my counter counter claim to include these otherwise unnecessary calls to yourselves, I would appreciate that the costs be refunded. *Regards, James Wilkinson
