I went to my local kfc at Cheshire oaks Ellesmere Port on the **th May at *pm, saying local it's a ** minute drive. I waited for ** minutes in a drive through which boasted new full menu. When I went to order I was told to wait a further ** minutes, then I ordered and was told they had no chicken cooked and would have to wait a further **min! I emailed on the day and just got an apology via email last night. I don't accept the apology as I have had so many unsatisfactory visits due to delivery issues and refurbishment. I was told this was all sorted and would get our family meal without issue. Clearly I wasted my time, money and fuel to get turned away again! I am really unhappy and feel I was misled in believing that all issues were fixed and an apology is completely unacceptable! I feel we should be able to get a meal for my family and myself free for our many inconveniences and this would go somewhat to restoring our confidence to go to your restaurant again, regards Garry.
GetHuman-garrywal did not yet indicate what KFC should do to make this right.
