Hi there, I smoke socially so will have on average about ** cigarettes a week. I recently bought Juul to trying kick the habit altogether. I bought in the UK so it says each pod has **mg of nicotine. I smoked the pod infrequently for two evenings and then it ran out? so i'm wondering if this is normal because i smoked it so little, i was worried that I was given a faulty batch?*And i am also wondering what **mg equates to because i can't seem to find a uk equivalent statistic. All seem to point to the U.S higher dosage. *When i looked online it said on average a cigarette contains approx **mg of nicotine-if this is the case does that mean the **mg rule pod equals just under two cigarettes? if so good but i was worried that the online statistic of *** puffs*whole pack of cigarettes with that **mg was making me smoke more than i would usually. Please advise.
