This is my second time reaching out about my leaky pod issue I will be calling tomorrow. I have a very busy schedule and am very disappointed I haven't received an email response. I had so break down and smoke cigarettes today which is something I haven't done in two months but had no other option seeing how my pod replacements haven't been sent yet. Last time I emailed all * batch codes from my defective mango * packs and my creme * pack. The amount of time it takes to received the mailer is unacceptable to me. I spend hundreds with juul and am a very loyal auto ship customer I buy at least * packs b month and that's not counting what I buy in the store. I just want my pods replaced, at this point you guys should send me one of those blue devices for my trouble because this is getting out of hand.*Thank you Ricky Knox
