I ordered the limited Edition Maroon Juul end of last month, and now here I am trying to register it! I've never had a problem registering my other two juul's but one I type the serial number in on this one it says the serial number has already been used when i know for a fact I have not yet registed this device. I want to make sure I have the warranty on it but how am I suppose to follow through if its saying the serial numbers already taken?
GetHuman-msalyssa did not yet indicate what Juul should do to make this right.
