Brand new device kit: upon using very *st new Jewel Pod (Mint), the LED lit up brightly in PURPLE, which subsequently burt my pod's coil, and used a considerably amount of juice.**I have already taken the basic steps to avoid issues like this (i,e,m keep the conection plates corrosion free, down drop, damage, or wet the device, etc.)**Bottom line, I have the defunct battery and packaging right here. I am requesting a replacement model ne shipped to me, and well as a Juul 'skin' * wrap due to the inconvenience.**I have been quite a long-standing Juul user and advocate...
