Hi, **I have recently created an account with justfab using the email R*****@***.com and actually it was meant to be .com instead of .co.uk. My mistake, however I don’t understand how the account manage to be created with wrong email. I have also made an order size * nude heels straight after not realising I used wrong email and made the payment. I would also want to know if I can cancel that and get refund ASAP if it’s not out on delivery yet. Now I can’t track my order or login to my account or do anything. *At the time the account was created and signed in and I was able to use it as normal however after logging out I can’t log back in even with the incorrect email I used or p***word.
I trust that Justfab.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
