My name is Shane vallace, I recently purchased flights to Trinidad and Tobago on March * **** and due to covid outbreak I request a flight refund for * passengers including me in the card ending in **** through Caribbean airlines, I received a email this morning stating my refund was submitted and refunded but not to the card on file but to a card number ending in ****! By law due to covid restrictions I was told to be issued my full refund requested from the time requested, however the money I used was refunded back to just fly account and would like answers on why! I should be getting full refund selected and submitted, this is my jus fly booking number JustFly Booking Number: ***-***-*** please contact me on my email address (*****@***.com) or ***-***-*****This is a very serious issue and I would like answers because everything is refundable due to covid restrictions I don’t know why I haven’t received my money in my card number ending in **** used to purchase the flight and went back to you guys,
