I am requesting a refund for a ticket I purchased on Nov. **, **** booking number: ***-***-*** and American Airlines confirmation number: ORUSTN.* I was notified by my sister on the afternoon of Dec. **, **** that her Mother-in-law had passed away and as a result all plans for her husband's family gathering were canceled as a result of his mother death. * You see this was to be a combination of a surprise birthday party for him but most of all his year and a half battle with cancer. We were to celebrate his journey thus far.*I conclude with this, two years ago to the day Dec. **, **** I to lost my wife to cancer and since that time life has been a bit of a struggle. But when my sister asked me to come and support her I knew it was something that I needed to do. So I got a ticket along with insurance with the intent of covering some unforeseen incident such as a weather related delay are things along that line. but to let you know my intent was to go.*I hope and pray you find it to refund the cost of the air fare that I will loose due to circumstances beyond my control.* *Thank you, *Verdock A.
