I have an issue with your service being I am ** years old, I am not computer savvy and I have health issues. My grand daughter helped me book a flight and I had unexpected medical issues with my husband and tried to have my granddaughter cancel my flight within the allotted time frame. The customer service was very rude.. and no where in the policy on your page states that I need approval for my granddaughter to help me out. I ask for a refund and my granddaughter was told it's out of justflys hands and to contact the airlines for cancellation refund. The airlines said it is your company that should issue my money back to my card. Your customer mocked my frustration and were of no assistance. This is a horrible customer service center and company.. how do I get my refunded money for flight that I didn't go on..and was refused cancellation.
