I have patience assistance program. I have cancer and I'm supposed to have xarelto everyday because of chemo and I'm lie income and your people didn't send me the card in time. My card was good to July. I had to.pay for.july August sept October and your people had requested my tax info which I had an extension... I want the chairman to know how badly you assist people and I want Alex Gorsky to do something about it! The patient assistance program DOES NOT KNOW THEIR JOB! I had nurses send my tax extension, then send my taxes and they couldn't even read the tax forms correctly.*I finally got in touch with a Diane P. And asked for Tammy H. *They are useless! Incompetent and uncaring.*Please have someone REALLY IN CHARGE reply!!*Ingrid Pfeiffer*I*****@***.com****-***-****
