My jio number is deactivated , I am abroad please help getting activated

Activation of a deactivated Jio number while abroad can be a bit tricky, but it's possible. You must provide valid proof of identification. Network issue in my area ,their is no signals at all

Hamara number per call receive nahin ho raha hai

Kuch technical issues ki vajah se aapko call receive karne mein problem ho sakti hai. Sabse pehle, aap apna network connection check kijiye aur apne mobile phone ko restart kijiye. Agar problem abhi bhi bani rahe toh, settings mein jaake sure kijiye ki aapka DND (Do Not Disturb) mode off hai aur call barring services deactivated hain. Roaming services on hain ya nahi ye bhi check kijiye agar aap out of state hain toh. Lastly, ye confirm kariye ki aapne apne Jio number ke liye sufficient validity aur balance rakha hai. Agar inn sabhi cheezon ke baad bhi problem solve nahi hoti, toh aapko nearest Jio store ya service center se sampark karna hoga.
