My client was booked on flights **** on **** and **** on ****, roundtrip Orlando to Cancun with a group of ** people, including himself and his wife. At the Orlando airport, he was refused boarding due to a supposed issue with his passport. He talked to several JetBlue reps and was finally issued a refund of his flight. He had to purchase new flights on American with a layover each way in Miami. His passport was fine with American, fine with TSA and fine in Cancun. There was a slight curl on the outer cover due to it getting wet on the edge. None of the inside pages were affected. It was unbelievably ridiculous how rude the JetBlue reps were to him and that he had to pay more money and fly separately from his group. I believe he should be at the very least given a credit for the difference in the JetBlue and American flights.

GetHuman-spetrout did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.
