My name is Minerva Llonch. I was on flight **** with my husband Leopold Llonch from Atlanta, Ga to Orlando, Fl on July **, ****. When we got to our seats both pockets in the seat in front of us had dirty tissues. The trays were filthy. My husband was not able to put his personal item under the seat because of a broken hanging piece of the seat in front of him. I have pictures of all I have mentioned. I called the flight attendant named Carlos to report this incident that was inconveniencing us. Carlos said he would report it to the flight crew. At that time I call customer service, spoke with Darci and filed a report. With a delay of the flight, made to seat in someones unsanitary area and time waiting to get the area sanitized My husband and I would like a refund for our flights.
