Hi this is Valentine Boyce member number ***-***-****. I am writing concerning my points difference between Oct. **** statement **,*** and Dec. **** Statement **,*** where **,**** points are delinquent. I had booked a flight LAS to BGI for * Dec. Using ** to **,*** points. I call a representative and questioned how I could use my Veterans eligibility for the flight. She explained she would canceled my flight put in my points back into my account and rebook me using my Veterans Advantage discount. To date I have not noticed my points returned to my account or my flight points for Las Vegas to Barbados added. Could you please rectify my account or explain the differential?*Thank You,***Valentine Boyce**
